Apoiar o mapeamento das edificações e o planejamento das atividades por meio de cronogramas, além de realizar rondas técnicas para inspeção de elementos prediais visíveis. Efetuar registros formais das condições identificadas, auxiliar na detecção de patologias construtivas aparentes e no encaminhamento de demandas corretivas via abertura de ordens de serviço. Desenvolver atividades técnicas de forma progressiva, seguindo o ciclo estruturado de manutenção preventiva (vistoria, conferência e gestão de pendências), sob supervisão técnica, contribuindo para a conservação dos ativos, a segurança operacional e a melhoria contínua da infraestrutura hospitalar.Horário: De segunda a sexta - 6h diárias (manhã ou tarde)Bolsa: R$1.000,00Benefícios:Vale-transporte;Auxílio lanche;Parceria com restaurantes, drogarias, psicólogos, oficinas, entre outros;Seguro de vida.Responsabilidades e atribuições- Atuar no apoio às atividades de Manutenção Preventiva Predial, conforme diretrizes da Gerência de Engenharia, Manutenção e Obras;- Atualizar e manter o mapeamento setorial das edificações pertencentes ao hospital;- Apoiar o planejamento das atividades técnicas por meio da elaboração e atualização de cronogramas de vistorias;- Realizar rondas técnicas para vistoria visual de elementos prediais, conforme checklist previamente definido;- Identificar, registrar e documentar formalmente condições, inconformidades e patologias prediais aparentes;- Elaborar registros técnicos, planilhas de controle e relatórios fotográficos das condições observadas durante as rondas;- Registrar ordens de serviço corretivas no sistema, quando identificadas necessidades de intervenção nas rondas;- Executar o ciclo de Manutenção Preventiva em três etapas: primeira vistoria; vistoria de conferência e vistoria de pendências, de acordo com cronograma previamente estabelecido com a gestão;- Acompanhar a evolução dos serviços corretivos relacionados às demandas identificadas;- Desenvolver acompanhamento técnico progressivo, com ampliação gradual de responsabilidades conforme desempenho e orientação técnica;- Manter organização, padronização e rastreabilidade dos registros técnicos gerados;- Executar o trabalho observando aspectos relativos a Segurança no trabalho, utilizando adequadamente EPI's e padrão de comportamento, cumprindo legislação vigente e normas internas;- Apoiar o superior imediato em assuntos inerentes à sua área de atuação, apresentando e discutindo soluções para problemas e irregularidades, a fim de subsidiar a definição de ações a serem adotadas e auxiliar na busca do melhoramento contínuo dos processos da área;- Atender as diretrizes estipuladas pela Gestão de Qualidade do Santa Casa BH;- Executar outras atividades correlatas, compatíveis com a função de estágio, conforme orientação do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso(os): Cursando Engenharia Civil ou Arquitetura e UrbanismoPeríodo(os): A partir do 3° período
