Auxiliar nas demandas de gestão de resíduos sólidos e líquidos, licenciamento ambiental, PRECEND, Auxiliar das demandas de movimentação de bens/patrimônio, Auxiliar nas demandas de gestão de enxoval e higienização hospitalar, auditorias internas, treinamentos e rotinas administrativas.Horário: Segunda a Sexta-feira 06:00 às 12:00Bolsa: R$1.000,00Benefícios:Vale-transporte;Auxílio Lanche;Parcerias com restaurantes, drogarias, psicólogos, oficinas, entre outros;Seguro de vida.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesENQUANTO HIGIENIZAÇÃO/ROUPARIAAuxiliar e Acompanhar as demandas internas dos setores de higienização e rouparia;Auxiliar no acompanhamento de auditorias internas e externas nos setores;Auxiliar nos treinamentos e acompanhamento de gestão de pessoas;Auxiliar na criação e alimentação de planilhas de processos de auditoria;Auxiliar nos acompanhamentos de auditoria da Central de Diluição, validade dos produtos e melhorias para o setor;Auxiliar nas vistorias diárias nos DML para avaliar as não conformidades;Contribuir e sugerir melhorias de infraestrutura e processos relacionados à Higienização e Rouparia;Auxiliar na abertura de ordens de serviços de infraestrutura (preventiva e corretiva);Apoiar na elaboração de relatórios para análise de propostas de melhoria dos processos do setor;Apoiar na execução de tarefas de processos de qualidade;Executar outras tarefas de mesma natureza e nível de complexidade, mediante solicitação do superior imediato.ENQUANTO MEIO AMBIENTERealizar vistorias internas ambientais, conforme cronograma estabelecido;Alimentar sistemas e planilhas de acompanhamento de vistorias nos setores;Acompanhar a coleta externa de resíduos nas unidades da Santa Casa BH;Emitir MTR's e encaminhar as empresas responsáveis;Realizar vistorias nos abrigos temporários e finais das unidades da Santa Casa BH;Propor melhorias de infraestrutura e processos relacionados à coleta interna de resíduos;Acompanhar coleta de efluentes por Laboratório terceirizado, preenchendo formulários check list de verificação (PRECEND);Realizar abertura de ordens de serviços de infraestrutura (preventiva e corretiva);Validar e organizar evidências do controle de pragas (dedetização);Acompanhar processo de falcoaria no afugentamento de pombos;Solicitar e acompanhar os serviços de podas em áreas externas;Elaborar relatórios para análise de propostas de melhoria dos processos do setor;Preencher formulário de solicitação de coletas de materiais recicláveis;Propor projetos de melhoria voltados ao consumo de água, energia, etc;Acompanhar processo de dedetização;Auxiliar os analistas na elaboração de estudos ambientais e levantamento de informações em campo;Dar suporte no processo de controle de qualidade da água para consumo humano;Auxiliar na elaboração do plano de Gerenciamento de Resíduos de Serviços de Saúde - PGRSS;Auxiliar na gestão do consumo de água e energia elétrica;Auxiliar nas demandas administrativas do setor;Auxiliar no atendimento de condicionantes ambientais;Executar outras tarefas de mesma natureza e nível de complexidade, mediante solicitação do superior imediato.ENQUANTO HOSPITALIDADEAuxiliar e Acompanhar as demandas internas do setor de hospitalidade;Auxiliar no acompanhamento de auditorias internas e externas nos setores;Auxiliar nos treinamentos e acompanhamento de gestão de pessoas;Auxiliar na criação e alimentação de planilhas de processos de auditoria;Auxiliar na movimentação de bens/patrimônio;Executar outras tarefas de mesma natureza e nível de complexidade, mediante solicitação do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório: Ensino Superior em andamento Administração, Gestão Hospitalar, Hotelaria Hospitalar e Engenharia Ambiental e ou sanitária, Gestão ambiental e outros relacionados.A partir do 4° período.
