Promovendo o contato com sistemas de gestão, normas internas, controles financeiros e rotinas organizacionais, sempre sob orientação e acompanhamento da equipe responsável.Horário: 12h as 18h 2ª a 6ª feiraBolsa: R$1.000,00Benefícios:Vale-transporte;Auxílio lanche;Parceria com restaurantes, drogarias, psicólogos, oficinas, entre outros;Seguro de vida.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar na realização de conciliações bancárias, garantindo a aderência entre os registros internos e os extratos bancários.Apoiar a conciliação financeira no sistema MV, verificando inconsistências e contribuindo para a regularização de pendências.Realizar a conferência e conciliação de notas fiscais com registros sistêmicos.Efetuar lançamentos de pagamentos no sistema de gestão financeira, conforme procedimentos estabelecidos.Apoiar a execução de pagamentos e a organização dos respectivos comprovantes.Auxiliar no controle e conciliação de adiantamentos concedidos e suas respectivas prestações de contas.Receber, conferir e organizar notas fiscais para processamento financeiro.Apoiar a importação e o registro de notas fiscais nos sistemas corporativos.Auxiliar na emissão de notas fiscais, observando os procedimentos e exigências vigentes.Contribuir para o controle do fundo fixo, realizando conferências e registros necessários.Dar suporte às atividades de acompanhamento do fluxo de caixa, atualizando informações e controles.Realizar conferência de caixa e apoiar a apuração de diferenças quando aplicável.Analisar e conferir extratos bancários para identificação de movimentações pendentes ou divergentes.Apoiar o controle e acompanhamento do passivo de fornecedores, monitorando vencimentos e pendências.Organizar documentos, relatórios e informações financeiras, mantendo os registros atualizados e disponíveis para consulta.Apoiar a elaboração e atualização de planilhas, controles e indicadores da área.Cumprir normas, procedimentos internos, controles financeiros e orientações institucionais aplicáveis à área de atuação.Participar de atividades de treinamento e desenvolvimento relacionadas às rotinas financeiras e administrativas.Executar outras tarefas correlatas, do mesmo grau de dificuldade mediante solicitação do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório: Ensino Superior em andamento em nos cursos de Administração; Ciências Contábeis; Processos Gerenciais; Gestão Hospitalar e áreas correlatas.
