O estágio proporciona a aplicação prática de conhecimentos teóricos, com foco no acompanhamento de fluxos, normativos, indicadores e atividades administrativas, além de possibilitar a compreensão do processo de governança corporativa, DEI, ASG e da cultura organizacional da Santa Casa BH.Horário:De Segunda a sexta feira 08:00 ás 14:00 horas ou 12:00 ás 18:00 horas (Flexível) Bolsa: R$1.000,00Benefícios:Vale-transporte;Auxílio lanche;Parceria com restaurantes, drogarias, psicólogos, oficinas, entre outros;Seguro de vida.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o acompanhamento e a revisão de fluxos e processos de trabalho com base em metodologias de gestão por processos, contribuindo para maior padronização e eficiência das rotinas;Apoiar na elaboração de atas, registros de presença e organização de documentos de reuniões, assegurando transparência e rastreabilidade das deliberações;Colaborar na organização e atualização de documentos físicos e digitais da Governança Corporativa, garantindo controle, conformidade e fácil acesso às informações;Apoiar no monitoramento e registro de normativos publicados por órgãos externos, contribuindo para a atualização regulatória da instituição;Apoiar a coordenação e equipe nas atividades administrativas e na interface com áreas internas e externas, favorecendo a integração e o alinhamento das demandas;Auxiliar na disponibilização de documentos e informações para gestores, superintendentes e diretores, assegurando qualidade, agilidade e segurança da informação;Contribuir com o acompanhamento das ações de governança relacionadas a comitês, comissões e órgãos reguladores, fortalecendo a conformidade institucional;Auxiliar na organização documental de processos regulatórios, fiscalizações e cooperação técnica setorial, assegurando conformidade e integridade das informações;Apoiar nas atividades voltadas à agenda ASG (Ambiental, Social e Governança) e DEI (Diversidade, Equidade e Inclusão), colaborando para a disseminação da cultura institucional de sustentabilidade e responsabilidade social corporativa;Colaborar na organização de eventos, campanhas, ações de engajamento social e atividades voltadas à promoção de ASG e DEI;Colaborar em treinamentos internos relacionados à Governança Corporativa, ASG e DEI favorecendo sua própria formação e disseminação de conhecimento entre equipes;Executar outras atividades correlatas, de mesma natureza e complexidade, mediante orientação do superior imediato, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso(os): Ensino superior em andamento em cursos relacionados, preferencialmente: Administração, Gestão Serviços de Saúde, Relações Internacionais ou áreas correlatas. Informações adicionais
