Atua sob orientação da equipe técnica, acompanhando rotinas de suporte, administração de redes, servidores, sistemas corporativos e atendimento aos usuários.Horário: 07h às 13h de segunda a sextaBolsa: R$1.000,00Benefícios:Vale-transporteSeguro de vidaResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar na instalação, configuração e manutenção de equipamentos de informática (estações de trabalho, notebooks, impressoras e periféricos); Apoiar na administração básica de redes (cabeamento estruturado, switches, pontos de rede e conectividade); Auxiliar no monitoramento de servidores, serviços e sistemas corporativos; Apoiar na gestão de usuários (criação, alteração e exclusão de acessos, permissões e grupos); Colaborar na atualização e aplicação de patches e rotinas de segurança; Auxiliar na documentação de procedimentos técnicos, inventário de ativos e rotinas de infraestrutura; Apoiar no atendimento técnico de 1º nível aos usuários, sob supervisão; Colaborar na análise e solução de incidentes e chamados relacionados à infraestrutura e sistemas.Requisitos e qualificações Obrigatório: Cursando Ensino Superior em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas.Desejável: Redes de Computadores.
