Investimos em seu aprendizado, por meio de uma trilha de desenvolvimento que auxiliará em seu próximo passo de carreira.Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar a realização de inspeções de segurança nas áreas operacionais, identificando e registrando condições e atos inseguros;

Acompanhar auditorias de segurança, como Gemba, 5S e observações comportamentais;

Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios de inspeção e o acompanhamento dos respectivos planos de ação;

Acompanhar treinamentos, DDS e campanhas de segurança e percepção de riscos;

Apoiar o controle dos registros de DDS e Relatos de Segurança;

Atualizar indicadores de Segurança do Trabalho, incluindo relatos, auditorias, treinamentos e TRIR;

Apoiar a elaboração de dashboards e apresentações gerenciais de SST;

Registrar relatos de segurança e acompanhar a tratativa de ações corretivas;

Participar de investigações de incidentes e quase acidentes, apoiando a análise de causas e elaboração de relatórios;

Apoiar a gestão e organização de documentos relacionados às NRs, inspeções e treinamentos;

Realizar observações comportamentais em campo e apoiar a aplicação de ferramentas de “Ver e Agir”;

Participar de ações voltadas à conscientização e fortalecimento da cultura de segurança.
