Como estagiário (a) Administrativo (a) / DP, o candidato selecionado irá participar de rotinas administrativas, departamento pessoal e recrutamento e seleção da empresa. Se você é uma pessoa dinâmica e que gosta de estar em contato com outras pessoas, se conectar com as demais áreas, é organizada e proativa, essa é a vaga ideal!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar as rotinas de Recrutamento e Seleção, incluindo abertura, divulgação e acompanhamento de vagas nas plataformas;Realizar triagem de currículos e apoiar na identificação de candidatos aderentes ao perfil das vagas;Apoiar a realização de entrevistas e contatos com candidatos, contribuindo para o andamento das etapas do processo seletivo;Realizar a intermediação e comunicação com os candidatos durante as diferentes etapas do processo seletivo, incluindo agendamentos e retornos;Apoiar as rotinas administrativas, mantendo documentos, controles e informações da área organizados e atualizados;Apoiar as atividades de Departamento Pessoal, especialmente nos processos relacionados a controle de ponto e benefícios;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstar cursando a partir do 4° período de Administração, Gestão de RH, Psicologia e áreas correlatas;Habilidade de comunicação e bom relacionamento interpessoal;Pacote Office Intermediário;Ter disponibilidade para estagiar de forma presencial na Barra da Tijuca - RJInformações adicionaisBenefícios:Bolsa auxílio R$1248,00 por mês;Vale Transporte de acordo com a necessidade;Vale Refeição;Day off de aniversárioHorário: Segunda a sexta-feira , 6 horas diárias em horário comercial, adequado de acordo com o horário da faculdade ;Estágio 100% presencial.
