Descrição da vaga Você irá apoiar as rotinas administrativas, de RH e de atendimento do nosso escritório, contribuindo diretamente para a organização dos espaços e para uma boa experiência de clientes, parceiros e equipe.A atuação acontece de forma integrada entre a Conexão Talento e o Cownnex Coworking, negócios dos mesmos sócios que funcionam em salas em frente uma à outra, no mesmo local.Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsabilidades e atribuições Cuidar da organização e do funcionamento dos escritórios, garantindo que os ambientes estejam sempre organizados, abastecidos e preparados para receber pessoas;Acompanhar as necessidades dos espaços e apoiar a manutenção da organização ao longo do dia;Controlar e repor café, snacks, materiais de escritório e demais suprimentos;Recepcionar e orientar clientes, visitantes, fornecedores e participantes de reuniões e treinamentos;Atender e acompanhar os canais de comunicação, como WhatsApp e e-mail;Organizar agendas, reservas de salas e utilização dos espaços;Apoiar o atendimento e as rotinas operacionais do coworking;Apoiar controles administrativos, cadastros, documentos, compras e contato com fornecedores;Dar suporte às rotinas administrativas e de RH, incluindo organização de documentos, controles internos, benefícios, onboarding e demandas do time;Preparar salas, materiais e estrutura para reuniões, treinamentos e eventos;Apoiar ações internas, eventos e iniciativas de endomarketing;Contribuir com outras demandas administrativas e operacionais do dia a dia.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosEstar cursando graduação em Administração, Gestão de RH, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas relacionadas;Conhecimento básico de Excel e ferramentas de escritório;Boa comunicação e facilidade para lidar com pessoas;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Itaipu, Niterói.DiferenciaisConhecimento em Canva;Familiaridade com ferramentas digitais e redes sociais;Experiência anterior com atendimento ao cliente, eventos ou rotinas administrativas;Perfil proativo, organizado e com facilidade para identificar o que precisa ser feito no dia a dia.
