Atualizar cadastro de clientes; Cadastrar dados dos programas de estágio, mantendo o banco de dados atualizado; Direcionar o público atendido para as páginas do Portal de acordo com os serviços solicitados; Esclarecer dúvidas dos clientes sobre produtos e serviços;   Fazer atendimento e cadastro de novos clientes; Auxiliar na alimentação de banco de dados (cadastro de clientes); Fazer divulgação técnica dos produtos; Realizar atendimento por e-mail, telefone e WhatsApp a clientes para informações sobre processos.
