Apoiar na criação ou identificação de melhorias em documentos de apoio e/ou produtos,  visando a redução da necessidade do cliente acessar o atendimento.Validação e Testes de Desenvolvimento: Auxiliar nas validações e testes quando necessário, apoiando o desenvolvimento e garantindo a qualidade das soluções entregues.Elaboração de Demonstrações de Uso: Elaborar demonstrações de uso de nossos produtos que visam facilitar a integração dos clientes, otimizando a entrada em produção e aprimorando o entendimento sobre nossas soluções.Desafiador?
