Estamos em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) de Compras para apoiar as atividades operacionais, analíticas e administrativas da área, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos de aquisição. A pessoa estagiária terá a oportunidade de desenvolver conhecimentos em Strategic Sourcing, gestão de fornecedores e análise de custos, atuando em interface com diferentes áreas do negócio e apoiando iniciativas que promovam otimização, qualidade e melhoria contínua nos processos de compras.

Responsabilidades e atribuições·       Atualização de relatórios gerenciais·       Avaliações de preços e propostas. Custo total de aquisição.

·       Elaboração de indicadores – KPI´s e dashboards.

·       Monitoramento de savings e oportunidades de redução de custos.

·       Apoio na homologação de fornecedores / desenvolvimento de mercado.

·       Atualização de cadastros e documentação.

·       Acompanhamento de desempenho dos fornecedores.

·       Preparação de mapas comparativos de cotações.

·       Pesquisa de mercado e prospecção de fornecedores.

·       Suporte a concorrências com usos de Plataforma Coupa

·       Governança e Compliance

·       Suporte ao cumprimento das políticas de compras.

·       Organização de registros para auditorias.

Requisitos e qualificações·       Cursando a partir do 4 Semestre nas áreas de Engenharia, Administração ou Economia.

·       Excel, Microsoft 365, Power BI. Interesse por novas tecnologias. Ex. IA

·       Capacidade analítica.

·       Boa comunicação e organização.

·       Trabalho em equipe.

·       Inglês Intermediário

·       Interesse pela área de Supply Chain e Compras.
