Descrição da vaga Você vai apoiar a Conexão Talento na organização, análise e transformação de dados em informações que sustentem decisões de negócio, atuando próximo aos sócios e às áreas da Empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsabilidades e atribuições Organizar, tratar e consolidar bases de dados, identificando inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria;Atualizar indicadores e dashboards de RH, Comercial e demais áreas;Analisar indicadores de Gestão de Pessoas, estratégia, financeiro, comercial e demais áreas do negócio;Aplicar e analisar pesquisas de NPS com clientes - treinamentos, RH terceirizado, recrutamento e seleção, entre outros;Produzir relatórios e apresentações de resultados para as áreas;Apoiar a criação e evolução de planilhas, dashboards e automações internas;Testar novas ferramentas de IA e automação aplicáveis ao dia a dia da empresa;Documentar processos e aprendizados;Participar de reuniões com os times para entender demandas e alinhar entregas.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosCursando Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Estatística, Ciência de Dados, Sistemas de Informação, RH, Marketing ou áreas afins;Excel intermediário e bom raciocínio lógico com números;CanvaOrganização, atenção a detalhes e boa comunicação;Curiosidade por dados e facilidade para aprender novas ferramentas;Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Itaipu, Niterói/RJ.DiferenciaisPower Query, Power BI ou outras ferramentas de visualização de dados;Noções de SQL, HTML ou bancos de dados;Interesse em automação e ferramentas low-code/no-code (N8N, Lovable, Supabase);Familiaridade com IA generativa (ChatGPT, Gemini., Claude);Interesse por RH, marketing, vendas e estratégia de negócios.
