Estamos em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) de Departamento Pessoal  para integrar nossa equipe de Recursos Humanos e apoiar as rotinas do Departamento Pessoal, com foco em auxiliar nos processos de controle de jornada, sistema de ponto eletrônico, acompanhamento de exames ocupacionais e organização de documentos e informações dos funcionários.

Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, responsável, proativa e interessada em aprender, que tenha facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e vontade de desenvolver conhecimentos na área de Recursos Humanos e Departamento Pessoal.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o acompanhamento diário do sistema de ponto eletrônico; Auxiliar na conferência de marcações, inconsistências e banco de horas; Apoiar as tratativas e ajustes de ponto mediante orientações da equipe; Auxiliar no controle de jornadas, horas extras e demais ocorrências relacionadas ao ponto; Apoiar o acompanhamento de escalas e controle de frequência; Auxiliar nos processos relacionados ao PCMSO e exames ocupacionais; Apoiar o controle de vencimentos de exames admissionais, periódicos, de retorno ao trabalho, mudança de função e demissionais; Auxiliar nos agendamentos junto à clínica de medicina do trabalho; Organizar e manter atualizados documentos e registros do Departamento Pessoal; Apoiar as rotinas de admissão, férias, folha de pagamento e demais processos do DP; Auxiliar na elaboração de planilhas, relatórios e indicadores; Prestar suporte aos colaboradores em demandas relacionadas às rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, sob orientação da equipe; Apoiar outras atividades administrativas da área de Recursos Humanos e Departamento Pessoal.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação

Estar cursando ensino superior nas áreas de: Administração;Recursos Humanos;Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas; Ter disponibilidade para estagiar em horário comercial.
