Buscamos uma pessoa estagiária para apoiar o time de HSSE em atividades relacionadas à governança de saúde e segurança, acompanhamento das operações, conformidade regulatória e gestão de documentos e indicadores. Esta é uma excelente oportunidade para quem deseja desenvolver conhecimentos sobre HSSE na indústria de óleo e gás, atuando em contato com diferentes áreas e contribuindo para a segurança, a qualidade e a conformidade das operações.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGovernança de saúde e segurança

Apoiar a revisão e a apresentação de estudos de análise de riscos, processos de gestão de mudanças e análises críticas;

Contribuir para o acompanhamento de planos de melhoria de segurança, gestão de fornecedores e qualidade;

Apoiar atividades de gestão de HSSE, incluindo a revisão de políticas e procedimentos e a consolidação de indicadores;

Auxiliar no controle de qualidade de documentos, de acordo com as especificações técnicas dos projetos, em colaboração com as áreas de Operações, Perfuração e HSSE;

Apoiar a preparação de informações e documentos em resposta às demandas de órgãos reguladores do setor de óleo e gás.Suporte às operações

Apoiar o acompanhamento da implementação de checklists na unidade FPSO;

Auxiliar no tratamento de não conformidades identificadas em auditorias oficiais e internas e durante as operações;

Consolidar informações sobre os resultados das iniciativas de qualidade, segurança e saúde em andamento no FPSO;

Apoiar as atividades relacionadas ao atendimento dos requisitos legais e regulatórios do setor de óleo e gás.

Conformidade regulatória no Brasil

Apoiar a elaboração de documentos necessários ao cumprimento das obrigações da Karoon perante a ANP/SSO e outros órgãos reguladores, quando aplicável;

Auxiliar no monitoramento e controle da legislação pertinente da ANP/SSO;

Apoiar os processos de Gestão de Mudanças — MOC (Management of Change);

Acompanhar atualizações nas regulamentações da ANP, de HSSE e em outros requisitos aplicáveis;

Apoiar o acompanhamento dos sistemas de gerenciamento SGSO, SGSS e SGIP — Segurança Operacional, Segurança Submarina e Integridade de Poços;

Contribuir para a preparação e o envio de estatísticas de HSSE;

Apoiar a área de Operações no atendimento aos requisitos regulatórios e de HSSE relacionados às campanhas de workover e flotel.

Responsabilidades relacionadas a HSSE

Contribuir para a disseminação de boas práticas de HSSE na organização;

Realizar as atividades de forma segura e ambientalmente responsável, promovendo ações de observação de segurança por meio do sistema de cartões;

Interromper imediatamente uma atividade caso os padrões e compromissos de HSSE não estejam sendo plenamente atendidos;

Identificar e reportar atos inseguros, quase acidentes, incidentes e doenças causadas ou agravadas pelo trabalho;

Apoiar o time de HSSE no acompanhamento dos requisitos de conformidade legal, das obrigações regulatórias e de suas atualizações.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em andamento em Engenharia Química, Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia de Petróleo ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento do Pacote Microsoft Office;Conhecimento de Power BI;Inglês avançado.
