Você terá contato com informações de Pessoas, Remuneração, Benefícios e Educação, transformando dados em análises, indicadores e automações que apoiem decisões estratégicas.Se você gosta de dados, tecnologia e de entender como as informações podem gerar insights para o negócio, essa oportunidade é para você!

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a construção e atualização de dashboards e painéis gerenciais;Organizar, integrar e tratar bases de dados de diferentes sistemas;Apoiar análises de indicadores de pessoas, como turnover, absenteísmo, recrutamento, desempenho e produtividade;Realizar análises relacionadas a remuneração, benefícios, custos de pessoal e orçamento;Apoiar estudos de desempenho acadêmico, frequência, retenção, evasão e indicadores educacionais;Elaborar análises comparativas, identificando padrões, tendências e oportunidades de melhoria;Apoiar projetos de transformação organizacional baseados em dados;Utilizar IA generativa para análises, consultas e automação de tarefas repetitivas.
