Estamos com uma oportunidade para atuar como Estagiário(a) na área de Negócios Imobiliários, apoiando a análise e a gestão do portfólio de imóveis da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSe você gosta de números, análises e quer entender como são tomadas as decisões relacionadas a imóveis, investimentos e oportunidades de negócio, essa vaga é para você. Aqui, você terá contato com diferentes aspectos do mercado imobiliário e aprenderá, na prática, como são realizadas análises financeiras, comerciais e operacionais de um portfólio de imóveis. O que você vai aprender e desenvolver:

Atualização de indicadores financeiros e operacionais do portfólio imobiliário;

Apoio na análise de propostas de locação, renovação, venda, aquisição e outras operações imobiliárias;

Elaboração de apresentações, relatórios e materiais executivos para a Diretoria e os Comitês;

Pesquisas de mercado sobre valores de aluguel, preços de venda, vacância e transações comparáveis;

Acompanhamento do pipeline comercial de locações e novos negócios;

Organização e atualização das informações de contratos, imóveis, locatários e condições comerciais;

Apoio no acompanhamento de garantias, reajustes, vencimentos, revisões e renovações contratuais;

Desenvolvimento e atualização de controles em Excel e Power BI;

Apoio nos processos de avaliação imobiliária e na organização de informações para laudos e análises de valor;

Contato com áreas como Financeiro, Jurídico, Engenharia, Comercial, Contabilidade e administradoras de imóveis.

Você terá uma visão ampla do negócio e poderá compreender como informações financeiras, comerciais e operacionais são utilizadas para apoiar decisões estratégicas no mercado imobiliário. Por que essa vaga pode impulsionar sua carreira?

Conhecimento intermediário ou avançado em Excel;

Conhecimento em PowerPoint;

Facilidade com números e raciocínio analítico;

Organização e atenção aos detalhes;

Boa comunicação oral e escrita;

Curiosidade e vontade de aprender;

Interesse pelo mercado imobiliário.

Diferenciais:

Conhecimento em Power BI;

Interesse por análises financeiras, comerciais e de mercado;
