Buscamos uma pessoa estagiária para integrar o time de People & Culture da Karoon Energy e contribuir para uma gestão de pessoas cada vez mais orientada por dados. A posição combina atividades de People Analytics, suporte aos diferentes subsistemas de Recursos Humanos e participação em projetos estratégicos da área. É uma excelente oportunidade para quem deseja desenvolver uma visão ampla de People & Culture, conectando análise de dados, processos, tecnologia e experiência das pessoas.Responsabilidades e atribuições No dia a dia, você irá:

Estruturar, atualizar e aprimorar bases de dados, dashboards e relatórios para apoiar a tomada de decisão da área de People & Culture;Apoiar a construção, monitoramento e análise de indicadores (KPIs) de Gente & Gestão, identificando tendências e oportunidades de melhoria;Fomentar a cultura de People Analytics por meio da organização, análise e disponibilização de dados relevantes para o negócio;Atuar em parceria com as áreas da Companhia para coleta, consolidação e validação de informações que apoiem as necessidades do negócio;Apoiar no acompanhamento e execução de projetos estratégicos da área de People & Culture;Dar suporte às atividades do modelo de HR Business Partner, contribuindo para iniciativas voltadas ao desenvolvimento organizacional e experiência do colaborador;Apoiar os diversos subsistemas de Recursos Humanos, como Recrutamento & Seleção, Treinamento & Desenvolvimento, Comunicação Interna, Cultura e Engajamento;Prestar suporte aos colaboradores, esclarecendo dúvidas relacionadas a processos, políticas e iniciativas de People & Culture;Organizar, controlar e manter atualizada a documentação da área, incluindo listas de presença, formulários, registros de treinamentos e demais arquivos físicos e digitais;Auxiliar no processo de solicitação, acompanhamento e controle de Ordens de Compra (POs), bem como no contato com fornecedores quando necessário;Apoiar a organização, controle e reposição de estoque de materiais utilizados pela área de People & Culture;Dar suporte logístico e operacional na organização de treinamentos, campanhas, eventos corporativos, ações de engajamento e programas internos;Garantir a qualidade, integridade e confidencialidade das informações tratadas pela área;Desenvolver ferramentas e controles que contribuam para maior eficiência dos processos e rotinas de People & Culture.Requisitos e qualificações Buscamos alguém que: Esteja cursando Administração, Psicologia, Engenharia de Produção, Estatística, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas, a partir do 4º período;

Tenha interesse em People Analytics, gestão de pessoas, tecnologia e melhoria contínua de processos;

Possua boa capacidade analítica e raciocínio lógico;

Tenha facilidade para coletar, integrar, organizar e conciliar informações de diferentes fontes;

Apresente boa comunicação verbal e escrita;

Tenha perfil proativo, organizado, colaborativo e atento aos detalhes;

Demonstre facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e interagir com diferentes áreas e níveis da organização;

Tenha Excel intermediário ou avançado, incluindo tabelas dinâmicas, PROCV/XLOOKUP, fórmulas, gráficos e dashboards;

Possua inglês intermediário.Informações adicionaisSerá um diferencial:Conhecimento em Power BI, Power Query ou ferramentas de visualização de dados;Experiência acadêmica ou prática com análise de dados e indicadores;Participação em projetos, empresas juniores ou iniciativas relacionadas à gestão de pessoas e dados;Conhecimento em automação de processos e ferramentas do Microsoft 365.
