, além de dar suporte a demandas do dia-a-dia do time.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPAIS:

Auxiliar no planejamento e acompanhamento das atividades de produção e custos operacionais, garantindo o cumprimento dos cronogramas operacionais. Apoiar o controle e monitoramento dos indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) da VP Produção. Suporte no desenvolvimento de dashboards. Suporte na consolidação de dados operacionais, de custo e produção, para elaboração de relatórios gerenciais. Atualizar controles de produção e eficiência operacional, com mapeamento e controle de ações de prevenção e de recuperação de perdas. Suporte em planejamento integrado, apoiando a programação de atividades, equipamentos e recursos necessários às operações. Acompanhar o cumprimento de metas de produção e custo, identificando desvios e apoiando na elaboração de planos de ação. Auxiliar no controle de custos operacionais e na análise de indicadores de performance. Suporte em gerenciamento de projetos. Participar da elaboração de apresentações e reportes para reuniões de acompanhamento da produção e custos. Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, padronização de processos e aumento da eficiência operacional. Suporte na elaboração do Business Plan e Budget (Produção de óleo, Capex e OPEX). Suporte em governança e gestão, contribuindo para a gestão e organização de reuniões, relatórios, documentos diversos, registros operacionais e controles internos. Interagir com equipes de Operações, Manutenção, Integridade, Engenharia, Subsurface, Logística, Segurança, Qualidade e Meio Ambiente para atingimento dos objetivos do negócio.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ:

Cursando graduação em Engenharia de Produção ou Engenharia de Petróleo. Previsão de formatura entre 1 e 2 anos. Conhecimento em Excel. Conhecimento em MS Project, nível avançado desejável. Idioma Inglês em nível intermediário, fluência desejável. Desejável conhecimento em Power Apps e Power BI. Facilidade com análise de dados, desenvolvimento de dashboards e elaboração de relatórios. Disponibilidade para estagiar 30 horas semanais.
