Afinal, não é pressa, é precisão.Buscamos um(a) Estagiário(a) de Planejamento e Controle para integrar nosso time em Salvador-BA. Com supervisão e orientação da coordenação, você vai apoiar a elaboração e o controle dos cronogramas das obras, a medição do avanço físico, o acompanhamento dos indicadores e dos padrões de qualidade, aprendendo na prática como o planejamento sustenta a tomada de decisão em obra.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a elaboração e a atualização dos cronogramas das obras no MS Project (EAP, precedências e caminho crítico);Auxiliar na apuração do avanço físico em campo e na atualização de curvas S e histogramas de mão de obra;Apoiar o planejamento de curto prazo (plano semanal e quinzenal) e o acompanhamento do PPC e das causas de não cumprimento;Auxiliar na preparação das medições mensais e na conferência de quantitativos;Consolidar dados das obras e apoiar a elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e dashboards de indicadores;Acompanhar inspeções de qualidade e registrar não conformidades (desvios), coletando e organizando evidências;Atualizar planilhas e sistemas de controle (Sienge e Diário de Obra);Apoiar as reuniões de acompanhamento de obra e a disseminação de padrões e procedimentos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando Engenharia Civil, Engenharia de Produção, Arquitetura ou Técnico em Edificações (obrigatório estar matriculado(a));Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;Noções de leitura e interpretação de projetos;Perfil analítico, organizado e com boa comunicação;Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em Salvador-BA, com visitas às obras.Informações adicionaisDiferenciaisConhecimento em MS Project e Power BI;Noções de Lean Construction, Last Planner System ou linha de balanço;Familiaridade com ERP de construção civil (Sienge ou similar).BenefíciosBolsa auxílio;Transporte;Acesso ao TotalPass;Plano de Saúde SulAmérica (50% empresa);Plano Odontológico SulAmérica (50% empresa);Day Off no mês de aniversário.
