Para sustentar esse crescimento com qualidade, buscamos fortalecer uma atuação cada vez mais orientada por dados, eficiência operacional e previsibilidade financeira.Nesta posição, a pessoa estagiária atuará junto ao time Comercial, apoiando análises financeiras, planejamento, projeções, acompanhamento de indicadores e construção de relatórios que contribuam para a tomada de decisão estratégica. A atuação será voltada à conexão entre números, performance e negócio, ajudando a traduzir dados financeiros em informações claras para a liderança.Buscamos uma pessoa analítica, organizada, curiosa e com interesse em desenvolver carreira em FP&A, planejamento financeiro, controladoria ou áreas de análise de negócios. É uma oportunidade para quem deseja aprender na prática sobre orçamento, forecast, indicadores, rentabilidade, campanhas, performance comercial e sustentabilidade da operação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesA pessoa Estagiária de FP&A apoiará a rotina de planejamento financeiro e análise de performance da marca, contribuindo para a construção de informações gerenciais que apoiem a liderança na tomada de decisão. Entre suas principais responsabilidades, estão:Apoiar a elaboração e o acompanhamento do planejamento financeiro da marca;Auxiliar na construção, atualização e análise do orçamento anual, budget e revisões periódicas de forecast;Acompanhar resultados financeiros, performance comercial e indicadores-chave do negócio;Construir e atualizar relatórios gerenciais, bases de dados, dashboards e apresentações executivas;Apoiar análises de variação entre realizado, orçado e forecast, identificando desvios, tendências e oportunidades de melhoria;Contribuir com análises de rentabilidade, margem, ticket médio, inadimplência, descontos, campanhas e demais indicadores relevantes para a operação;Apoiar estudos financeiros relacionados à performance das unidades, campanhas comerciais, ciclo de matrículas e sustentabilidade do negócio;Organizar bases de dados, conferir informações e garantir consistência nas análises realizadas;Apoiar a automatização de rotinas, melhoria de processos e aumento da maturidade analítica da área;Atuar de forma colaborativa com o time Comercial, áreas financeiras e demais stakeholders internos;Manter postura ética, sigilosa e responsável no tratamento de dados financeiros, comerciais e estratégicos da empresa.Será valorizada vivência prévia, mesmo que acadêmica ou em estágio, com análises financeiras, relatórios, planilhas, indicadores, apresentações executivas ou áreas analíticas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSão requisitos para vaga:Cursando Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Ciências Contábeis, Estatística, Matemática, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas;Ter previsão de formatura a partir de 2028.1;Conhecimento avançado em ferramentas digitais, como Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Planilhas, Gmail, apresentações e/ou pacote Office;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade na conferência de informações;Interesse por indicadores financeiros, performance comercial, orçamento, forecast e análise de resultados;Será considerado um diferencial:Experiência prévia em estágio ou projeto acadêmico nas áreas de FP&A, planejamento financeiro, controladoria, inteligência comercial, BI ou análise de dados;Conhecimento em Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau ou outras ferramentas de visualização de dados;Noções de DRE, orçamento, margem, receita, inadimplência, ticket médio, forecast e análise de variação;Vivência na construção de dashboards, relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas;Conhecimento básico em SQL, Python ou automação de bases de dados.Informações adicionaisEsta posição compreende as seguintes especificidades:Contrato: Estágio (TCE)Carga horária de trabalho: 30 horas semanais (de segunda à sexta-feira)Local de trabalho: Núcleo Elite (Centro Empresarial Barra Shopping - Av. das Américas, 4200 - Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro - RJ, 22640-907)Formato de trabalho: híbrido - presencial 2x por semana e home office 3x por semana;Enquanto empresa, ofertamos:Vale-transporteAuxílio Home Office;Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR);Day off no mês do aniversário para essa data não passar sem festa;Ambiente Salta de Aprendizagem: Cursos gratuitos sobre liderança e comunicação que vão alavancar sua carreira!;Parcerias no Salta +Benefícios: T.T Burguer, Chefs Club, PrimePass, Magalu, NetShoes, Ponto Frio, Casas Bahia, Cultura Inglesa, CNA, Ibmec, Le Canton, BodyTech, Budda Spa, entre vários outros!
