O(a) estagiário(a) de Planejamento Financeiro apoiará a área de Planejamento Financeiro nas rotinas de fechamento mensal, acompanhamento de Realizado x Orçado, atualização de bases e relatórios gerenciais, organização de arquivos de orçamento e estimativas, bem como no suporte operacional aos sistemas de planejamento. Atuará na consolidação e conferência de informações financeiras, na preparação de materiais para acompanhamento de resultados e no atendimento às áreas internas, contribuindo para a qualidade, rastreabilidade e tempestividade das informações.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais Desafios:Apoiar as rotinas de fechamento mensal, garantindo a qualidade e consistência das bases e relatórios financeiros.Contribuir para a elaboração e atualização dos relatórios de Realizado x Orçado, orçamento e estimativas, apoiando a consolidação e validação das informações.Desenvolver conhecimento nos sistemas e processos de Planejamento Financeiro, mantendo controles organizados, apoiando usuários e contribuindo para melhorias contínuas da área.Principais Responsabilidades:

Apoiar a atualização de bases e planilhas financeiras utilizadas no fechamento mensal, orçamento, estimativas e acompanhamento de resultados.Auxiliar na preparação, conferência e organização dos relatórios de Realizado x Orçado, incluindo bases de consulta para as áreas.Apoiar a elaboração e atualização de materiais de fechamento mensal e apresentações gerenciais, assegurando padronização, consistência visual e conferência básica dos dados.Organizar arquivos de orçamento e estimativas, incluindo separação de arquivos por área e validação de informações antes da disponibilização.Auxiliar na carga, extração, conferência e validação de informações no EPM/Oracle e demais sistemas de planejamento financeiro, sob orientação da equipe.Apoiar usuários no EPM/Oracle, bem como a elaboração de manuais ou orientações simples para uso dos relatórios.Apoiar o controle e atualização de centros de custo, projetos e estruturas auxiliares utilizadas nos relatórios financeiros.Atualizar controles, calendários, checklists e bases auxiliares da área, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos prazos de fechamento e reporte.Apoiar a atualização de informações no Workiva e em demais arquivos utilizados para reportes internos ou ao acionista, quando aplicável.Realizar conferências básicas de consistência, formatação, fontes e integridade das informações antes das entregas.Apoiar a comunicação com áreas internas, organizando informações, acompanhando retornos e auxiliando no esclarecimento de dúvidas recorrentes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimentos e certificações requeridas:Cursando Administração, Economia, Contabilidade e Engenharia de Produção, com previsão de conclusão de curso a partir de 2028.2;Conhecimento Intermediário do Pacote Office (Excel, PowerPoint);Inglês intermediário;Diferenciais: conhecimento ou interesse em ferramentas de planejamento e reporte, como EPM/Oracle e Power BI.Informações adicionaisLocal de Atuação: Jardim Botânico, Rio de Janeiro - RJ, Brasil.Estágio Remunerado.Horário a combinar.6 horas por dia.
