Nossa cultura é orientada à precisão, melhoria contínua e trabalho em equipe. Afinal, não é pressa, é precisão.Buscamos um(a) Estagiário(a) de Projetos para integrar nosso time em Salvador-BA. Com supervisão e orientação da coordenação, você vai apoiar o recebimento, a análise e a compatibilização dos projetos das obras, o controle de revisões e pranchas e a interface com projetistas externos, aprendendo na prática como o projeto vira execução no canteiro.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o recebimento, a conferência e a organização dos projetos (arquitetura, estrutura e instalações) e dos memoriais descritivos;Auxiliar na compatibilização de projetos e no registro das interferências identificadas;Controlar revisões, listas de pranchas e o fluxo de aprovação dos documentos técnicos;Apoiar a abertura e o acompanhamento de solicitações de esclarecimento (RFI) junto aos projetistas;Auxiliar em levantamentos de quantitativos e na conferência de informações de projeto;Apoiar a elaboração e a atualização de desenhos em AutoCAD e modelos em Revit;Organizar o acervo digital de projetos no SharePoint e manter as pastas das obras atualizadas;Apoiar a consolidação do as built e do databook ao fim de cada obra;Acompanhar visitas técnicas às obras e registrar as observações de campo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando Engenharia Civil, Arquitetura e Urbanismo ou Técnico em Edificações (obrigatório estar matriculado(a));Leitura e interpretação de projetos;Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;Noções de AutoCAD;Perfil organizado, atento a detalhes e com boa comunicação;Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em Salvador-BA, com visitas às obras.Informações adicionaisDiferenciaisNoções de Revit e de metodologia BIM;Experiência com compatibilização de projetos ou gestão de documentos técnicos;Familiaridade com ERP de construção civil (Sienge ou similar).BenefíciosBolsa auxílio;Transporte;Acesso ao TotalPass;Plano de Saúde SulAmérica (50% empresa);Plano Odontológico SulAmérica (50% empresa);Day Off no mês de aniversário.
