Estamos buscando uma pessoa estudante de Administração

ou Gestão de Recursos Humanos para fazer parte do nosso time de RH e apoiar as rotinas de Departamento Pessoal e Recrutamento & Seleção.Essa é uma oportunidade para quem deseja desenvolver uma visão prática de RH, conhecer diferentes processos da área e aprender em um ambiente dinâmico e colaborativo.A atuação será 100% presencial, com jornada de 6 horas diárias.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDepartamento Pessoal – AdmissãoApoiar o processo de admissão de novos colaboradores;Conferir e organizar documentos admissionais;Apoiar o acompanhamento de exames admissionais;Realizar lançamentos e atualizações nos sistemas de RH;Apoiar a organização de documentos e controles da área;Prestar suporte nas atividades administrativas do Departamento Pessoal. Departamento Pessoal – Controle de JornadaApoiar o acompanhamento e controle de jornada dos colaboradores;Auxiliar na conferência de registros de ponto;Apoiar o tratamento de inconsistências e ajustes de ponto;Realizar controles e atualizações em planilhas e sistemas;Apoiar o time nas rotinas administrativas relacionadas à jornada.Recrutamento & SeleçãoApoiar a triagem e análise de currículos;Realizar contato com candidatos;Apoiar o agendamento de entrevistas;Acompanhar entrevistas e etapas do processo seletivo;Atualizar informações dos candidatos no sistema;Apoiar o controle e acompanhamento das vagas;Dar suporte às demais atividades do processo de Recrutamento & Seleção.

Requisitos e qualificações

Estar cursando Administração ou Gestão de Recursos Humanos;Disponibilidade para estagiar 6 horas por dia;Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Interesse em aprender e se desenvolver na área de Recursos Humanos;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Conhecimento básico de Pacote Office, especialmente Excel, será considerado um diferencial. Será um diferencial:Ter realizado estágio ou vivência anterior em Recursos Humanos;Conhecimento ou interesse em Departamento Pessoal;Interesse por Recrutamento & Seleção;Familiaridade com sistemas ou plataformas de RH;Conhecimento básico de Excel e controles em planilhas.
