Olá! Estamos em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) de Suporte de TI para integrar nosso time, dando suporte às rotinas de Infraestrutura e atendimento aos usuários da empresa. É uma excelente oportunidade para quem deseja vivenciar na prática os processos da área de Tecnologia da Informação, desenvolver conhecimentos técnicos e acompanhar as atividades de suporte, manutenção e administração dos recursos de TI.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais atividades: 

Apoiar a equipe de Infraestrutura no atendimento e suporte aos usuários; Auxiliar na instalação, configuração e manutenção de computadores, notebooks e periféricos; Apoiar atividades relacionadas a redes, conectividade, impressoras e telefonia; Auxiliar no controle e organização dos equipamentos e ativos de TI; Apoiar a preparação e configuração de equipamentos para novos colaboradores; Realizar acompanhamento de chamados e demandas da área; Apoiar a documentação e atualização de informações da infraestrutura; Auxiliar no controle de materiais, equipamentos e recursos utilizados pela área de TI; Realizar abertura e acompanhamento de pedidos de compra de TI, conforme orientação da equipe; Apoiar o contato e acompanhamento de fornecedores quando necessário; Organizar documentos e informações relacionadas às compras e contratações da área; Apoiar a equipe em projetos e melhorias de infraestrutura e tecnologia; Executar outras atividades de apoio relacionadas à área de Infraestrutura de TI.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos

Estar cursando graduação ou curso técnico na área de Tecnologia da Informação, Redes de Computadores, Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas; Interesse em atuar com Infraestrutura de TI; Conhecimentos básicos de informática, hardware e redes; Conhecimento básico do pacote Office, principalmente Excel; Boa comunicação e organização; Perfil proativo, curioso e com vontade de aprender;Diferenciais:

Conhecimento básico em Windows e redes; Noções de Active Directory; Conhecimentos de Microsoft 365; Noções de hardware e manutenção de computadores; Conhecimento de ferramentas de atendimento/help desk; Experiência acadêmica ou profissional anterior na área de suporte ou infraestrutura.
