#SomosKilling!Estamos em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) de Suprimentos para apoiar as rotinas administrativas da área, realizando cadastro de fornecedores, controle de documentos e digitação de ordens de compra.🚀 Oportunidade ideal para quem deseja desenvolver conhecimentos em processos de suprimentos, relacionamento com fornecedores e rotinas administrativas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar cadastro e atualização de informações de fornecedores no sistema;Apoiar o controle, conferência e organização da documentação de fornecedores para processos de homologação;Contribuir para a manutenção da conformidade documental, atendendo normas, requisitos legais e procedimentos internos;Participar do controle e rastreamento da documentação de amostras de materiais;Apoiar a elaboração de fichas técnicas e o encaminhamento de amostras para análise técnica;Efetuar a inclusão de pedidos de compras indiretas de baixo valor no sistema;Acompanhar o andamento das entregas de fornecedores, realizando follow-up quando necessário;Apoiar a coleta e análise de informações, contribuindo para as atividades e decisões da área de Suprimentos;Atuar em conformidade com as normas do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade e demais procedimentos da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstar cursando Técnico ou Ensino Superior em Administração, Engenharias, Química, Comércio Exterior ou áreas afins;Interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos em compras, cadastro e homologação de fornecedores, documentação e processos da cadeia de suprimentos;Boa organização, atenção aos detalhes e facilidade para trabalhar com informações e documentos;Será um diferencial ter conhecimento em Inglês e Espanhol.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosBolsa auxílio, de acordo com carga horária;Assistência Médica - Ambulatorial;PPR13° SalárioRefeição – Sem desconto;Vale Transporte – Sem desconto;Day off no Aniversário;Totalpass;Desconto em produtos Killing.
