Apoiar o planejamento e acompanhamento do cronograma de treinamentos da Diretoria Comercial, incluindo as Academias de Vendas e demais ações de formação.

Acompanhar a trilha de formação de novos vendedores e consultores, controlando participação, conclusão e eventuais pendências.

Manter atualizados os controles, indicadores e reports semanais de execução dos treinamentos.

Realizar follow-up com gestores, coordenadores, vendedores e consultores, acompanhando participação, percepção sobre os treinamentos e necessidades de apoio.

Identificar desvios na execução ou na jornada de formação, buscando entender as causas e direcionando os pontos de atenção.

Apoiar o acompanhamento da aplicação dos conhecimentos e disponibilidade das ferramentas necessárias para os colaboradores.

Apoiar a construção de checklists e critérios de acompanhamento e certificação dos vendedores.

Apoiar as demais rotinas e projetos da área de Treinamento e DesenvolvimentoRequisitos e qualificações Você não pode deixar de ter:

Ensino Superior Cursando em Administração, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;

Habilidade com Excel, Word e PowerPoint;

Organização e boa comunicação;

Proatividade e facilidade para realizar follow-ups e interagir com diferentes públicos.

Se você tiver, será um diferencial:

Experiência com controle ou acompanhamento de treinamentos;

Conhecimento em Excel e indicadores;

Vivência com plataformas LMS;

Interesse por Treinamento e Desenvolvimento / Educação Corporativa.
