Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesManutenção e atendimento de solicitações de clientes internos e externos para assuntos financeiros (faturamento, cobrança, contestações e estornos/chargeback).Acompanhamento ativo diário de Contas a Receber e interface com os clientes: geração de segunda via, prorrogação, acordos, ações de cobrança, negativação, protestos etc.Acompanhamento e conciliação de pagamentos de recorrência e acordos.Apoio no processo de faturamento da base de clientes ativos: apuração de consumo, emissão de faturas, geração de notas fiscais.Apoio nas contestações de clientes por aquirencia (cartão de crédito): acompanhamento, análise, estornos de capturas em cartão de crédito.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando graduação nas áreas: Administração de Empresas, Economia e demais áreas correlatas;Conhecimento pacote Office com ênfase em Excel;Visão analítica e questionadora;Pró-atividade/Iniciativa;Grande interesse em aprender e se desafiar;Facilidade na comunicação e relação interpessoal;
