Se você identificou, cadastre-se venha fazer parte do nosso time.Responsabilidades e atribuições- Auxiliar na criação e revisão de Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão, Procedimentos Sistêmicos;- Apoiar busca ativa de dados do sistema eletrônico para a construção de indicadores de incidência de lesão por pressão, além de interpretar e analisar os achados;- Auxiliar na elaboração de gráficos e/ou outros recursos que sintetizem os dados encontrados nos prontuários, objetivando reforçar as parcerias e traçar estratégias;- Lançar dados em planilhas pré-estabelecidas pela comissão (acompanhamento de pacientes assistidos pela Comissão; controle de gastos, estoque e solicitação de materiais e coberturas; realização de escalas mensais de colaboradores da Comissão, entre outros).Requisitos e qualificações1- Graduando a partir do 4º período no curso de Enfermagem.Informações adicionaisHorário de estágio: 07 às 13hSalário mensal para carga horária de 150H(30h/semanais): R$ 1.170,00;Lanche no local (café da manhã OU à tarde);Vale transporte;Vale alimentação no valor de R$ 250,00;Descontos em cursos de Graduação e Pós em instituições parceiras;Treinamentos pela Plataforma PBH;Acesso à plataforma UptoDate.Etapas da seleção:1- Cadastro/ candidatura na plataforma para a vaga/ Análise curricular;2- Comprovação documental e entrevista.Todas as etapas são eliminatórias e classificatórias.Obs.:Não serão aceitos candidatos que: 1.   Possuam até o primeiro grau de parentesco, em linha reta, colateral e afinidade, com profissionais lotados na área em que se dará o estágio; 2.   Possuam vínculo empregatício com a SSA HMDCC, OPY HEALTH e as demais empresas parceiras que atuam no HMDCC.
