O objetivo do estágio é proporcionar ao(à) estudante a oportunidade de adquirir experiência prática e aplicar seus conhecimentos acadêmicos em um ambiente profissional, participando de projetos, análises e iniciativas voltadas à melhoria dos processos industriais e à eficiência operacional. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a equipe de Engenharia Industrial no desenvolvimento e acompanhamento de projetos;

Auxiliar no mapeamento, análise e melhoria de processos industriais;

Realizar coleta, organização e análise de dados operacionais;

Apoiar o acompanhamento de indicadores de produtividade, eficiência e desempenho;

Auxiliar na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria nos processos;

Apoiar estudos relacionados à redução de perdas, custos e aumento de produtividade;

Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua e otimização de processos;

Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios, apresentações e análises gerenciais;

Auxiliar no acompanhamento de planos de ação e projetos da área;

Apoiar a realização de estudos e análises para suporte à tomada de decisão;

Participar de reuniões e projetos multidisciplinares envolvendo diferentes áreas da operação;

Contribuir para o desenvolvimento de soluções que promovam maior eficiência, segurança, qualidade e produtividade dos processos;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação

Cursando Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Civil ou áreas correlatas;

Disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente em Jaboticabal – SP. Habilidades Técnicas Desejáveis Conhecimento básico em processos industriais;

Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de melhoria contínua;

Pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel;

Noções básicas de Power BI serão consideradas um diferencial;

Conhecimento básico em análise de dados e indicadores;

Interesse em aprender e desenvolver conhecimentos na área.Habilidades Comportamentais Desejáveis
