Então, confira abaixo as principais responsabilidades e atribuições para esta posição.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o acompanhamento processual, incluindo controle de prazos e atualização de sistemas internos, com utilização de plataformas como EPROC e PJe;Elaborar relatórios, pesquisas de legislação, doutrina e jurisprudência para suporte às demandas contenciosas e consultivas da área tributária;Auxiliar na elaboração e revisão de minutas de petições e demais documentos jurídicos, sempre sob supervisão dos advogados da equipe;Prestar apoio aos advogados no atendimento de demandas consultivas e contenciosas, contribuindo para a análise e desenvolvimento das estratégias jurídicas;Atuar no contato com cartórios, fóruns e órgãos competentes, realizando diligências e acompanhamentos presenciais quando necessário;Dar suporte às atividades rotineiras da área tributária.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando Direito entre o 4º e o 7º semestre;Interesse em atuar na área Tributária, com foco em Contencioso e Consultivo;Inglês avançado/ fluente;Disponibilidade para estagiar 6 horas diárias, nos horários das 10h às 17h ou das 14h às 20h.Informações adicionaisRegime de trabalho híbrido, com ajuda de custo para os dias de home office;Vale Refeição e/ou Vale Alimentação;Plataforma de cuidados com a saúde;Assistência Odontológica;Seguro de Vida e Seguro Viagem;Vale Transporte;Wellhub e Clube de Benefícios;Day Off no aniversário.
