Auxiliar no planejamento, desenvolvimento, implementação e avaliação dos programas de capacitação e desenvolvimento dos colaboradores da Rede Mário Penna, com o objetivo de aprimorar suas habilidades e competências, alinhando-as com as necessidades e metas da organização.Responsabilidades e atribuições·     Auxiliar no planejamento e na execução dos programas de treinamento e capacitação da Instituição;·     Organizar o evento presencial e/ou on-line;·     Divulgar intensivamente os eventos para participação do público-alvo interno, externo e imprensa, quando aplicável;·     Realizar o evento dentro do escopo programado;·     Realizar levantamento estatístico da participação do público-alvo interno e externo;·     Disponibilizar os encontros na plataforma de ensino do Instituto Mário Penna e notificar os usuários dela;·     Manter atualizado o calendário de eventos do NEPI no site;·     Cobrar dos gestores os formulários de treinamento devidamente preenchidos e dentro do mês de competência;·     Alimentar a planilha de treinamentos do NEPI;·     Realizar a liberação e o recolhimento de crachás de acesso de alunos que realizam estágio curricular obrigatório ou programa de extensão acadêmico.Requisitos e qualificações·     Ensino superior em Enfermagem a partir do 5º período;·     Desejável curso técnico completo em Enfermagem;·     Habilidade no manuseio de recursos do pacote Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Internet e serviços de e-mail; Será avaliado através de prova prática. ·     Desejável Conhecimento de ambientes virtuais de aprendizagem e seus recursos;·     Gostar de ministrar treinamentos e processos de desenvolvimento.
