§  Organizar, tratar e analisar dados e informações de apoio à tomada de decisão.

§  Dar suporte à execução de projetos e iniciativas da área, incluindo acompanhamento de prazos e entregas.

§  Apoiar rotinas administrativas e operacionais do time (controles, arquivos, atualização de bases e sistemas).

§  Fazer interface com outras áreas da companhia para coleta de informações e apoio a processos.

§  Participar de reuniões, registrar atas e acompanhar itens de ação.

§  Apoiar pesquisas, benchmarks e materiais de suporte a projetos e apresentações.

§  Utilizar ferramentas corporativas do dia a dia (Excel, Power BI, SAP, Teams, entre outras, conforme a área).Requisitos e qualificações§  Matrícula ativa em curso de graduação (Administração, Engenharia, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Direito, Sistemas de Informação, Recursos Humanos, Comunicação, Relações Internacionais ou área correlata à vaga).

§  Previsão de formatura compatível com a duração do estágio, conforme definido pela área e por RH no momento da vaga. §  Conhecimento básico da área de atuação (a definir conforme a vaga: Finanças, RH, Supply Chain, Legal/Compliance, Tecnologia, Comunicação, entre outras).

§  Pacote Office, com bom domínio de Excel (fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas) e PowerPoint.

DESEJAVEL

§  Noções básicas de análise de dados; conhecimento de Power BI é um diferencial.
