Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo ESTAGIÁRIO(A) PERFORMANCE você vai ser responsável por:Apoiar nas rotinas administrativas da área, auxiliando na organização de documentos, controles internos e registros operacionais.Auxiliar na coleta e consolidação de dados relacionados aos indicadores de performance industrial, conforme orientações da equipe responsável.Apoiar na atualização de planilhas e bases de dados já estruturadas, garantindo organização e padronização das informações.Auxiliar na elaboração de apresentações e materiais de acompanhamento de resultados, sob orientação do analista e gerente da área.Apoiar na organização e atualização de dashboards, utilizando ferramentas como Excel e Power BI.Auxiliar na organização de atas, relatórios, comunicados e materiais relacionados às boas práticas industriais.Apoiar no controle e organização de documentos da área, incluindo materiais vinculados a processos e normas internas.Contribuir com sugestões de melhoria nos controles e fluxos internos, de acordo com o aprendizado adquirido durante o estágio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisitos básicos, você deve ter:Estar cursando graduação em áreas como Engenharia Química, Engenharia de Produção, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação ou áreas relacionadas;Conhecimento básico no Pacote Office;Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Tableau...);Vontade de aprender, organização e boa comunicação.Informações adicionaisConfira todos os benefícios e ferramentas de trabalho que oferecemos: Remuneração compatível com o mercado de trabalho;Vale alimentação ou refeição;Vale transporte;Seguro de vida;Plano de saúdePlano odontológico;
