Águas Azuis é uma sociedade de propósito específico estabelecida entre a TKMS, a Embraer Defesa & Segurança e a Atech, subsidiária da Embraer, para a construção dos quatro novos navios Classe Tamandaré, a fim de ampliar e modernizar a esquadra da Marinha do Brasil. Ela terá forte presença no país e conta com a sólida experiência das suas empresas controladoras em diversas áreas. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar na elaboração, revisão e consolidação de relatórios de medição de progresso das atividades da Águas Azuis e Parceiros, bem como auxiliar no preenchimento de informações nos mesmos;Participar do processo de forecast mensal, realizando análises comparativas entre realizado, previsto e histórico;Auxiliar na construção de modelos e projeções de cenários (simulações de impacto);Contribuir na análise de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e na geração de insights para tomada de decisão;Atualizar e manter planilhas de controle de medições e dashboards gerenciais;Apoiar na apuração de resultados do projeto;Realizar levantamento de informações junto às áreas operacionais para embasar projeções e ajustes nos controles;Participar de reuniões de alinhamento com áreas internas, acompanhando demandas e propondo melhorias;Auxiliar na preparação de apresentações e materiais de suporte para reuniões com diretoria;Apoiar na implementação de melhorias em processos de planejamento e controle, com foco em automação e eficiência;Contribuir na organização e documentação dos processos da área, garantindo conformidade e rastreabilidade.Interface entre a área de Planejamento da Águas Azuis, dos Parceiros e Subcontratados;Manter a ordem e limpeza da sua área de trabalho;Cumprir os procedimentos e instruções de trabalho elaborados pela empresa;Executar outras atividades inerentes e de acordo com as necessidades e a critério do seu superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:  Engenharia de Produção.Requisitos: Pacote Office (intermediário/avançado);Inglês(intermediário/avançado).Informações adicionaisA contratação deste(a) estagiário(a) será realizada pela Águas Azuis.Horário de Trabalho: 6 horas diárias;Oferecemos salário + VA R$ 500,00 + Plano de Saúde + refeitório na empresa.Venha participar do mais moderno e inovador projeto naval do Brasil!#AvanteTamandaré
