Acreditamos no impacto positivo do nosso trabalho para os pacientes, que poderão retomar suas vidas pós cirurgia com mais qualidade e seguir livre de marcas, adquirindo autoestima e confiança conquistadas com a sua expertise e a ajuda dos nossos equipamentos.Cada videocirurgia realizada = menos uma cicatriz de cirurgia aberta no mundo.É isso que nos move e nos faz ir além, todos os dias!                                      Seja um Confiante e faça parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSerão suas funções: Organizar e controlar protocolos, notas fiscais e documentos contratuais;Abrir, acompanhar e encerrar chamados técnicos junto às equipes responsáveis; Cadastrar e movimentar equipamentos, acessórios e instrumentais nos sistemas internos da área; Apoiar o controle de empréstimos, comodatos e backups de equipamentos, incluindo renovações e vencimentos contratuais; Solicitar e acompanhar transportes de ativos e envios de instrumentais para manutenção; Participar de inventários internos e externos e apoiar os ajustes posteriores; Manter atualizadas planilhas e indicadores de desempenho da área (como prazos e retorno de chamados); Apoiar a padronização de processos e rotinas administrativas do setor de Contratos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que é essencial: Estar cursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Gestão de Negócios ou áreas afins (não exigimos experiência anterior);

Boa organização e atenção aos detalhes;

Proatividade, senso de responsabilidade e vontade de aprender;

Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;

Identificação com os valores da Confiance Medical.
