Pioneira regional na fabricação e comércio de pães congelados, a Gold Pão está sempre em busca de pessoas proativas, dispostas a inovar e mudar nossa realidade para melhor!Venha fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Estagiário Financeiro, você será responsável por:Aprender e auxiliar na importação de arquivos OFX no sistema para conferência de movimentações financeiras.Dar suporte na conferência de antecipações de contas a receber e faturamento de notas fiscais, sinalizando eventuais divergências ao supervisor.Acompanhar a conferência e o registro de abatimentos por devoluções e cancelamentos em contas a pagar e receber.Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios e planilhas de acompanhamento de cobranças e pendências financeiras.Apoiar o processamento de despesas (avulsas e recorrentes), seguindo as orientações e procedimentos internos da área.Auxiliar no levantamento de boletos DDA em aberto e no envio de e-mails de tratativa sob orientação da equipe.Auxiliar na organização e arquivamento de documentos, comprovantes e relatórios financeiros para fins de auditoria.Acompanhar a atualização de políticas, manuais e procedimentos operacionais do setor financeiro.Executar outras atividades de suporte correlatas à sua formação, sob supervisão e orientação contínua do gestor imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara fazer parte do nosso time, esperamos que você:É desejável estar cursando Ensino Superior em Gestão Financeira , Administração ou áreas afins.Tenha conhecimento em Excel;Organização, atenção aos detalhes, proatividade e vontade de aprender;Disponibilidade para escala de 6h/dia das 8h às 14h ou 12h às 18 (segunda à sexta-feira);Residir em Ribeirão Preto/SP.Informações adicionais💲 Bolsa auxílio🏥 Plano médico e odontológico🍞 Vale Alimentação🎗 Seguro de vida
