Estagiário -Atração & Seleção- unidade Concórdia  Salário: R$1.000,00Horário : 13:00 às 19:00 Segunda a SextaExigida: Ensino Superior em Psicologia em andamento, a partir do 4° período Desejável (Plus para o candidato, não impede contratação): Vivencia em informática, com softwares da Microsoft ou similares.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar em serviços administrativos e operacionais do setor, realizar arquivamento e controle de documentação setorial, auxiliar em processos de Recrutamento e Seleção. Criar, monitorar e acompanhar planilhas de atividades realizadas no setor para acompanhamento de processos administrativos e de resultados estratégicos.   Auxiliar as analistas com o processo de triagem de currículos no site da Gupy.  Auxiliar as analistas em todo o processo de recrutamento e seleção de pessoal, aplicação e correção de testes psicológicos, preenchimento de entrevistas técnicas e o envio para os coordenadores de cada setor;  Solicitar, receber, conferir e preparar toda a documentação dos colaboradores em processo de admissão e encaminhar ao setor de Departamento de pessoal.  Receber os candidatos em processo de admissão, entregar e colher assinatura na descrição de cargos, no reconhecimento de vaga e solicitar a abertura da conta salário;  Auxiliar no processo de envio para a medicina do trabalho a planilha com as informações sobre os candidatos em processo de admissão para realizar ASO;  Receber e zelar pelos documentos do setor, assim como arquiva-los mantendo sigilo e organização dos mesmos;  Receber as listas de treinamento, cadastrar no sistema de gestão e arquivá-las em caixas box, visando o controle e organização das mesmas;  Auxiliar no acompanhamento das datas de admissão dos colaboradores, enviar o link do formulário da avaliação institucional, garantindo que seja realizada dentro do prazo;  Auxiliar no acompanhamento das listagens de aniversariantes do mês divulgadas pela Comunicação, encaminhar os convites aos coordenadores e monitorar a entrega dos mesmos;  Levantar o número de pessoas confirmadas para que seja enviada a solicitação de lanche ao SND;  Auxiliar na organização dos eventos comemorativos sob responsabilidade do setor, garantindo que os mesmos aconteçam de acordo com o planejamento;  Participar das reuniões setoriais, visando melhorias dos processos e mantendo a comunicação efetiva setorial e institucional;  Dar suporte ao coordenador, supervisor e demais colegas nas atividades pertinentes ao setor sempre que necessário;  Observar as normas de segurança, controle ambiental e outras internas e/ou a legislação, pertinentes às suas atividades;  Executar outras tarefas similares às acima descritas a critério do gestor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstagiário -Atração & Seleção- unidade Concórdia  Salário: R$1.000,00Horário : 13:00 às 19:00 Segunda a SextaExigida: Ensino Superior em Psicologia em andamento, a partir do 4° período Desejável (Plus para o candidato, não impede contratação): Vivencia em informática, com softwares da Microsoft ou similares.Informações adicionaisNossos benefíciosVale transporteAlimentação no local
