Suas principais atividades incluirão:Gestão de Ocorrências: Apoiar no atendimento, triagem e resolução de chamados de garantia técnica em unidades autônomas e áreas comuns dos empreendimentos entregues.Vistorias Técnicas: Realizar vistorias de constatação in loco, identificando patologias construtivas e alinhando as diretrizes necessárias para a correção. Custos e Orçamentos: Participar ativamente do levantamento de custos, cotações e análise de orçamentos para serviços de reparo e manutenção, entendendo a formação de preços e o controle financeiro da assistência técnica.

Acompanhamento de Obras e Manutenções: Monitorar e fiscalizar os serviços de manutenção executados por empreiteiros e fornecedores, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos, padrões de qualidade e normas técnicas aplicáveis (como as normas da ABNT).Interface com Clientes: Manter uma comunicação clara, empática e profissional com os moradores e síndicos, garantindo transparência em todo o processo de atendimento.Alinhamento de Processos: Auxiliar na organização de relatórios técnicos, controle de prazos e acompanhamento de indicadores da assistência técnica.
