Oferecemos verdadeiro suporte com soluções ágeis e inovadoras nas frentes preventiva, consultiva e contenciosa, com especial destaque em questões envolvendo não só Reclamações Trabalhistas, como também ações coletivas, civis e plúrima.Como principais serviços, agregamos experiência significativa na atuação junto aos órgãos de fiscalização trabalhista (Secretaria de Trabalho e Ministério Público do Trabalho), desde a fase preliminar de fiscalização até a negociação de acordos e outras medidas que visem a regular a relação da empresa com seus empregados e colaboradores. Também há reconhecimento expressivo pela atuação direta na composição com Sindicatos e na elaboração de Instrumentos Coletivos de Trabalho.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuação na área contenciosa trabalhista;Responsável pela captura e lançamento de publicações no sistema;Abertura de pastas e organização de documentos;Solicitação de subsídios e elaboração de peças de baixa complexidade;Auxílio aos advogados em demandas administrativas e judiciais;Pesquisas doutrinárias e jurisprudenciais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando 1º ou 2º ano do curso de Direito;Desnecessária experiência prévia em Direito do Trabalho. (Mas será considerado um diferencial)Informações adicionaisAjuda de custo - refeição: R$ 39,92 por dia;Ajuda de custo - transporte ou Estacionamento;Bônus anual - pago em dezembro, proporcional ao tempo de trabalhado no ano;Descanso remunerado: 30 dias corridos;Seguro de Vida em Grupo: Tokio Marine;Modelo de trabalho: Presencial.
