Grupo SEB contrata Estagiário de Field Service de TI | Unidades Escolares, para atuar na área de Digital Sede Administrativa em Ribeirão Preto - SP 🚀 Faça parte do Grupo SEB!Somos um dos maiores grupos educacionais do país, com foco em inovação, excelência e impacto positivo na sociedade.Venha conhecer o Grupo: https://www.sebsa.com.br/Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o atendimento presencial aos colaboradores das unidades escolares, prestando suporte técnico de primeiro nível.Auxiliar na instalação, configuração e manutenção básica de computadores, notebooks, tablets, Chromebooks, iPads, impressoras e demais equipamentos de TI.Apoiar professores e equipes pedagógicas na utilização de recursos tecnológicos em salas de aula e eventos.Realizar configurações básicas de softwares, sistemas operacionais e equipamentos autorizados pela área de TI.Auxiliar na preparação de equipamentos para novos colaboradores, incluindo configuração, testes, etiquetagem e entrega.Apoiar os processos de onboarding e offboarding, realizando a entrega, recolhimento e conferência de equipamentos.Atualizar o inventário de ativos de TI, registrando movimentações e informações dos equipamentos.Auxiliar na organização do estoque de equipamentos, periféricos e materiais de tecnologia.Registrar e acompanhar chamados na ferramenta corporativa, mantendo informações atualizadas e organizadas.Apoiar manutenções preventivas e identificar oportunidades de melhoria na infraestrutura tecnológica das unidades.Seguir as políticas de Segurança da Informação, boas práticas de TI e procedimentos internos da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstar cursando ensino superior em Tecnologia da Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Redes de Computadores, Engenharia da Computação, Segurança da Informação ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento básico em sistemas operacionais Windows e pacote Microsoft 365.Noções de hardware, manutenção básica de computadores, notebooks, impressoras e periféricos.Conhecimentos básicos de redes de computadores, conectividade Wi-Fi e conceitos de TCP/IP, DNS e DHCP.Familiaridade com Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Outlook e ferramentas de videoconferência.Desejável conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de chamados, como GLPI, Topdesk, Jira Service Management ou similares.Noções de inventário e gestão de ativos de TI serão consideradas um diferencial.Conhecimento básico em boas práticas de Segurança da Informação e LGPD.Informações adicionais Horário de Trabalho: Segunda a Quinta 08:00 às 18:00 hrs / Sexta 08:00 às 17:00 hrs;Modalidade: Presencial - atuar na Sede Administrativa em Ribeirão Preto / SP.
