O CEFIC (Centro de Formação Integral da Criança), criado pelo Grupo SEB em 2004 e atualmente gerido pelo Instituto SEB, atende crianças de 4 meses a 6 anos em situação de vulnerabilidade social.Além da educação infantil, oferece apoio psicopedagógico, alimentação balanceada e acompanhamento psicossocial às famílias, promovendo o desenvolvimento integral das crianças e gerando impacto positivo na comunidade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar a professora na execução de atividades pedagógicas e recreativas, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento integral das crianças;Apoiar as crianças nas rotinas de higiene pessoal, incluindo banho, troca de fraldas e demais cuidados necessários;Auxiliar nos momentos de alimentação, acompanhando café da manhã, almoço, lanche da tarde e jantar;Colaborar na elaboração, organização e preparação de materiais pedagógicos e atividades educativas;Apoiar a recepção e a saída dos alunos, contribuindo para a segurança e o acolhimento das crianças;Participar de reuniões pedagógicas e alinhamentos junto à professora e à coordenação;Auxiliar na organização e execução de eventos, projetos e atividades promovidos pela unidade;Contribuir para a manutenção de um ambiente acolhedor, seguro e estimulante para o aprendizado.Todas as atividades serão realizadas sob acompanhamento da professora responsável pela turma e com o apoio e orientação da coordenação pedagógica.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstar cursando Ensino Superior em Pedagogia;Interesse em atuar na Educação Infantil;Ter dinamismo, proatividade e disposição para aprender;Demonstrar comprometimento, responsabilidade e postura profissional;Possuir cordialidade, afetividade, empatia e simpatia no relacionamento com as crianças e equipe;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e boa comunicação interpessoal.Informações adicionaisBolsa Auxilio + Ajuda de Custo (R$ 1.200,00);Alimentação no local;Oportunidade de aprendizado prático e desenvolvimento profissional na área da Educação.
