A pessoa estagiária de People & Culture terá como papel apoiar as iniciativas da área ao longo das diferentes etapas da jornada dos colaboradores, contribuindo para a organização e execução dos processos enquanto desenvolve na prática, uma visão ampla de RH.

Na Gera, essa pessoa fará parte do time de People & Culture, com acompanhamento próximo e autonomia construída gradualmente ao longo do estágio, tendo contato com diferentes frentes da área, como Recrutamento & Seleção, Onboarding, Treinamento & Desenvolvimento, Comunicação Interna, Employee Experience, Gestão de Desempenho, dados e indicadores de Pessoas, além de interface com Departamento Pessoal e com o time de HRBPs.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo #GTeam, você vai:Apoiar processos seletivos, incluindo divulgação de vagas, triagem de currículos, contato com candidatos e ações de Employer Branding.Auxiliar nas admissões e no onboarding, organizando informações, materiais, kits e etapas da integração.Apoiar treinamentos, ações de desenvolvimento e ciclos de Gestão de Desempenho.Dar suporte ao time de HRBPs na implementação e acompanhamento de políticas e processos de People.Colaborar com ações de comunicação interna, eventos e Employee Experience.Apoiar a atualização de sistemas, controles e informações dos colaboradores.Auxiliar no direcionamento de dúvidas e demandas do dia a dia relacionadas aos processos de RH.

Requisitos e qualificações O que buscamos:Graduação em andamento em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Administração ou áreas correlatas. Interesse pela área de Pessoas & Culture. Boa comunicação, organização, discrição e atenção aos detalhes. Perfil curioso, colaborativo e com vontade de aprender.
