A F360 é uma empresa que simplifica a gestão financeira de empresas, conectando dados, estratégia e execução para gerar impacto real no negócio.Na F360, a missão da pessoa Estagiário(a) de Pessoas & Cultura - T&D é prestar suporte analítico e operacional às iniciativas de desenvolvimento organizacional, garantindo que os colaboradores tenham acesso a jornadas de aprendizado fluidas e engajadoras. Sob a orientação e mentoria constante da liderança e dos analistas da área, essa pessoa atuará na linha de frente do planejamento, execução e mensuração das ações de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento. Seu papel é auxiliar na organização de rituais educativos, gestão da plataforma de aprendizagem (LMS), acompanhamento de dados de presença e avaliação de reação.
