Junte-se ao nosso time e faça parte de projetos que deixam um legado!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Estagiário, você focará em: Apoiar na atualização e manutenção das bases de dados de remuneração e benefícios;  Auxiliar na elaboração e atualização de relatórios e indicadores da área; Apoiar análises de salários, movimentações, admissões, promoções e reajustes;  Auxiliar no controle e acompanhamento de benefícios corporativos;  Apoiar pesquisas salariais e levantamentos de mercado; Contribuir para a organização das informações de cargos, salários e estruturas internas; Apoiar estudos e análises relacionados à estrutura de cargos e remuneração; Realizar conferências e validações de informações e bases de dados; Apoiar a elaboração de apresentações, planilhas e materiais gerenciais; Auxiliar no atendimento às demandas internas relacionadas a remuneração e benefícios; Apoiar a identificação de inconsistências nas bases e controles da área; Participar de projetos e iniciativas de melhoria dos processos de Remuneração e Benefícios; Manter documentos, controles e informações da área organizados e atualizadosRequisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisitos básicos, você deve ter:Estar cursando Administração, Recursos Humanos, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento intermediário em Excel;Perfil analítico, organizado e atento aos detalhes;Boa comunicação e vontade de aprender;Interesse por Recursos Humanos e análise de dados.Será um diferencial:Conhecimento em Power BI;Interesse por indicadores de RH, cargos e salários e remuneração.Informações adicionaisO que você pode esperar da gente: Na Concrejato, buscamos recompensar da melhor forma o seu desempenho e trabalho, cuidando sempre do seu bem-estar integral.
