Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar na integração de novos colaboradores, desde a convocação até o acompanhamento de treinamentos obrigatórios.Prestar suporte aos funcionários quanto ao acesso à plataforma de treinamentos.Auxiliar na organização e arquivamento de documentos do setor, garantindo a conformidade e organização dos processos.Divulgar vagas, triar currículos e realizar contato com candidatos para agendamento de entrevistas.Apoiar em dinâmicas de grupo e entrevistas, junto ao analista de RH, contribuindo para a seleção dos melhores talentos.Auxiliar na elaboração de pareceres e no acompanhamento do período de experiência dos colaboradores.Enviar avaliações de treinamentos para análise do RH.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando Ensino Superior em Psicologia, Administração ou áreas afins.Disponibilidade para estagiar por dois anos.
