A Constellation tem seus alicerces construídos sobre a sua sólida fundação e trabalha para levar sua cultura a níveis cada vez mais altos de excelência.Buscamos Estagiário de TI ( Infraestrutura ) para compor nosso time corporativo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesParticipar da avaliação, seleção e homologação de soluções e serviços de infraestrutura, com base em critérios técnicos e operacionais;Apoiar na elaboração de análises comparativas (benchmarking técnico) para apoio à tomada de decisão sobre adoção ou substituição de tecnologias;Apoiar na execução e monitoramento de rotinas de backup e recuperação de dados, garantindo aderência às políticas de continuidade;Dar suporte à gestão de ativos de TI (asset management) e ao controle de identidades e acessos (IAM), assegurando rastreabilidade e conformidade;Ajudar na elaboração e condução de treinamentos para usuários finais sobre novas ferramentas, sistemas e boas práticas de uso de tecnologia;Auxiliar na prestação de suporte técnico de nível 1 (N1) a sistemas corporativos, incluindo triagem, diagnóstico inicial e escalonamento de incidentes;Apoiar na reconciliação entre faturas de telecomunicações e inventário de ativos (linhas, dispositivos e usuários), assegurando consistência dos dados;Participar do monitoramento de faturamento e análise de cobranças de serviços de TI e telecom, com tratativa de divergências junto a fornecedores;Auxiliar no controle de custos de telecomunicações e impressão, com acompanhamento de consumo, tarifação e identificação de oportunidades de otimização.ESSA VAGA ABRANGE PESSOAS COM DEFICIÊNCIARequisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisitos básicos, você deve ter:Ensino superior cursando em Análise de Sistemas, Tecnologia da Informação, ou áreas afinsCom formatura mínima prevista para  2028.2Inglês – Nível avançadoInformações adicionaisOferecemos uma lista completa de benefícios incluindo:Assistência MédicaSeguro de Vida em GrupoVale Alimentação/RefeiçãoAuxílio NatalAuxílio AniversárioGympass (WellHub)
