Se você busca um ambiente dinâmico, focado em aprendizado contínuo, desenvolvimento e que valoriza a advocacia corporativa, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar apoio na análise, coleta de subsídios e na elaboração de manifestações, defesas jurídicas e recursos administrativos.Realizar o acompanhamento processual e monitoramento de demandas junto a órgãos públicos como Procon, Ministério Público (MP), Conselhos de Classe, Vigilância Sanitária (ANVISA) e Defensoria Pública.Auxiliar na produção de relatórios jurídicos gerenciais e no controle rigoroso de prazos processuais e administrativos.Executar pesquisas jurídicas doutrinárias e jurisprudenciais, além de realizar a análise de legislação com ênfase aplicada ao setor regulado de saúde suplementar e direito médico.Prestar suporte à equipe de advogados nas demandas rotineiras e atividades cotidianas da área jurídica.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Estar cursando Ensino Superior em Direito, matriculado(a) entre o 4º e o 8º semestre.Forte interesse em atuar nas áreas de Contencioso Administrativo, Direito Regulatório e Direito Público.Excelente redação jurídica, boa capacidade de argumentação e domínio da norma culta.Conhecimento em Pacote Office intermediário (principalmente Word e Excel) para a elaboração de peças e relatórios.Desejável:Ter vivência ou estágio anterior em órgãos públicos (Tribunais, Procon, MP) ou em escritórios de advocacia com foco em contencioso.Noções básicas ou afinidade com a legislação da ANS (Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar).Informações adicionaisEscala e horário de trabalho: Segunda a sexta-feira, 6 horas diárias (Horário a combinar de acordo com o turno da faculdade).Endereço: Av.
