Será uma excelente oportunidade para desenvolver conhecimentos em regras de negócio, processos de implantação de software e relacionamento com clientes, contribuindo para entregas que geram impacto e qualidade nas soluções oferecidas pela empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCompreender as necessidades dos usuários do sistema, prestando orientações, suporte e esclarecimento de dúvidas referentes a lançamentos, parametrizações, fechamentos de folha de pagamento e envios de arquivos bancários.Levantar e documentar requisitos para manutenções corretivas e evolutivas;Realizar treinamentos e capacitações dos usuários;Executar testes e homologações de novas versões do Software Sisprev;Participar de reuniões de alinhamento, acompanhamento e entrega de demandas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormaçãoEstar cursando a graduação em Análise de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação ou afins.Competências desejadasRaciocínio lógico e capacidade analítica;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Proatividade e comprometimento;Boa comunicação oral e escrita;Facilidade para aprender novas ferramentas e processos;Interesse pelo setor público e pela gestão previdenciária.Informações adicionaisPlano Odontológico;Day Off;Refeitório na empresa;Convênio com SESC;Vale Transporte;Empréstimo Consignado com desconto em folha;
