Estamos em busca de estudantes para atuar como Estagiário(a) em Análise de Requisitos, integrando nosso Squad de Sustentação e apoiando o time na análise, documentação e compreensão das demandas relacionadas aos sistemas da empresa. A posição oferece a oportunidade de desenvolver conhecimentos em levantamento de requisitos, regras de negócio, modelagem de processos e investigação de demandas, em contato direto com desenvolvedores e consultores.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades Realizar o levantamento e a documentação de requisitos funcionais e não funcionais, considerando as necessidades do negócio e o comportamento esperado das soluções.Analisar demandas de sustentação, investigando regras de negócio, fluxos de processos e informações do sistema para apoiar a identificação e o detalhamento das necessidades.Realizar consultas básicas em banco de dados para apoiar a análise de chamados e a investigação de ocorrências.Elaborar e manter documentações, fluxos e registros relacionados às demandas, contribuindo para a organização e rastreabilidade das informações.Participar das rotinas e cerimônias da Squad de Sustentação, interagindo com desenvolvedores e consultores para alinhamento e esclarecimento de requisitos.Contribuir para a análise e evolução das soluções, aplicando conceitos de metodologias ágeis e modelagem de processos no tratamento das demandas.

Experiências e conhecimentos desejadosNoções de levantamento, análise e documentação de requisitos funcionais e não funcionais. Familiaridade com conceitos de Scrum e Kanban para atuação em Squads. Noções de BPMN ou diagramas de fluxo para entendimento de regras de negócio. (Conhecimento de fluxo) Conhecimento para realização de consultas simples em bancos de dados, auxiliando na investigação de chamados de sustentação para documentação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Formação Superior em andamento, a partir do 3° semestre em:  Desenvolvimento de Sistemas;Ciência da Computação;Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas.
