Nesta oportunidade de estágio, você terá contato com a rotina de Suporte de TI / Service Desk, aprendendo na prática sobre atendimento ao usuário, resolução de problemas, processos de TI e boas práticas como ITIL.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender usuários pelos canais de suporte disponíveis;Apoiar o suporte técnico de Nível 1 (N1), realizando diagnóstico inicial e orientações;Registrar, classificar e acompanhar incidentes e solicitações na ferramenta de Service Desk;Realizar abertura e atualização de chamados;Apoiar diagnósticos básicos de hardware, software, sistemas, acessos e conectividade;Realizar procedimentos de primeiro atendimento e encaminhar chamados para as equipes responsáveis quando necessário;Acompanhar os chamados até sua resolução ou escalonamento;Manter os registros dos atendimentos atualizados e organizados;Seguir os processos, procedimentos e políticas estabelecidos pela área de TI.

Requisitos e qualificações

Estar cursando graduação ou curso técnico em TI ou áreas relacionadas;Interesse em atuar com suporte técnico e atendimento ao usuário;Conhecimentos básicos de informática;Noções de sistemas operacionais, redes e ferramentas de produtividade;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Organização e proatividade;Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipePODE SER UM DIFERENCIAL:  Conhecimento ou interesse em ITIL;Conhecimento de ferramentas de Service Desk;Noções de gerenciamento de incidentes, requisições e problemas;Conhecimentos básicos de Active Directory, Microsoft 365 e redes;Habilidades com atendimento
